We are open at the West Olympia office Monday-Tuesday 7:30-4:30 and the Hawks Prairie office Wednesday-Thursday 7:30-4:30. If you have and emergency you can call our Emergency line on the weekends.

Dr. Ehrmantrout's office accepts assignment of benefit from most major insurance carriers. Patients are not required to continually fill out reimbursement forms.
